About me

“I’ve worked as a filmmaker and photographer for the past 7 years. I’ve directed, shot and edited; brand films, television adverts, billboards, and online campaign material.

Starting my career working within a creative agency, I have extensive experience in film and photography creation from pre-production and pitching, all the way to delivering to TV. Recently I was brought onto a feature film to work as both a 1st Assistant Director, Associate Producer and In-Water Camera Operator.

I let this agency experience & understanding of marketing and advertising shine in my work. For me, there’s no use having beautiful visuals if it doesn’t meet your brief and speak to your audience.

Relentless work ethic and enthusiasm to work multiple roles, these days I often pitch and develop ideas with brands as well as produce and shoot them.

Additionally, my in-water cinematography skills allowed me to work for brands such as Bentley, Mercedes, Speedo, The RNLI & Xtratuf. I also have a passion for shooting analogue photography and enjoy surfing in my free time.

What do I do?

Filming Outdoors Cornwall

  • Often brands & clients come to me with a brief. Something like “we need a video to do X”. From this I will create a video or photography concept that will meet this brief (& then some).

  • I can offer videography services for a range of applications including events, advertising and social media content.

  • With my extensive range of camera, lighting and sound kit I can shoot and edit interviews for case study videos.

  • Depending on your project, I often edit the videos myself in order to keep creative clarity in a project. Otherwise I outsource video editing to my network of dedicated and excellent video editors

  • Having captured cinematic surf footage in some of the best waves in the world - I have extensive experience shooting in water and have had the pleasure of capturing surf visuals for brands such as Bentley, The RNLI and RedBull.

  • As a freelance photographer, I offer high quality stills production for brands in Cornwall & the UK. Whether its brand photography, lifestyle or campaign imagery - I have the experience to bring your ideas to life

  • Armed with a SaltySurf housing and a hybrid camera capable of shooting 45 megapixels stills and 8K RAW video - I’m able to offer the highest quality in water filming for brands & production companies. Cornwall is the perfect place to film in the water as we have beautiful beaches and great waves.
